Steel Service Centers and Logistics

Villacero has steel service centers, logistics and transportation companies that support our sales offices and distribution centers in their mission of meeting our clients’ specialized needs. We also have subsidiaries providing port services to Villacero and other companies.

Service Centers

Our main distribution and Service Centers are:

• Lámina y Placa, based in Monterrey
• Maquilas Metálicas, based in Monterrey
• Placa y Lámina (Pylsa), based in Mexico City
• Ferrometas, based in Baja California

Services provided in these centers include: strength leveling, slittering, sheet and strip cut-to-lenght, and bending.

Port Services

Villacero operates a terminal in Lazaro Cardenas, the deepest port on the Western coast of Mexico.

The terminal has ample experience in exporting finished steel products and importing raw materials and motor vehicles. Its maritime access provides Villacero with a privileged position to reach NAFTA, South America and Asia.

Transportation companies

Our transportation companies, Servitransportes Viga y Servitransportes Almesa, deliver Villacero and other steel products to our clients.

Cross-Border Logistics

Best Border Cargo provides customs and other services that facilitate products, raw materials and equipment imports and exports.
